SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Which Countries Do you ship to?

FASHLINK.COM ships across all countries including Europe, USA, Africa& GCC.
The prices of shipping for each country varies between the quantity ordered and the delivery address.
This cost will be clearly informed to you during your checkout process prior to payment.

Why do you charge for shipping when some others don't?

We try to keep our margins at the very lowest possible and that is why you see such great products at such low prices. Instead of loading a fixed fee onto each product we rather have the products at their true price and only charge a one time fee for the whole order. This makes the overall purchase cheaper for the customer. UAE customers that place orders above AED 100 get free shipping.

How are the items shipped?

FASHLINK.COM ships using several courier companies depending on the order and delivery address. Once the items are dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for your order.

How are the items packed?

Each item is carefully checked and then wrapped by hand with Fashlink Tissue for safe keeping. These items are then placed in either a Carton/Box or in a Plastic bag depending on size and number of items ordered. The cartons have a FASHLINK logo printed on them for distinction.

What if they try to deliver while I am out of the house?

The courier will first call you and fix a convenient time for delivery. Alternatively you may also ask the courier to deliver the item to your Office if there is a scheduling issue.

Info on Customs and Duty?

When an order is shipped, any and all costs incurred related to customs duty, clearance charges or any other local fees will be the responsibility of the customer / receiver of the order.

If the items are returned for size change or for another item, the import duty or any other customs clearance charges will again have to be paid by the customer / receiver of the order.

We suggest, you speak to your local customs authority for further details before placing an order.
